HANOVER, Ind. - The Hanover College women's tennis team defeated Manchester on Friday evening, 9-0. 

The Panthers dominated doubles action at Cami Jones and Meghan Farrell won No. 1 doubles, 8-1, before Maddie Shannon and Lizzy Katzenberger claimed No. 2 doubles, 8-1. 

In singles action, Jones won No. 1 singles 6-2, 6-0,while teammate Lizzy Katzenberger won No. 2 singles, 6-2, 6-0.

The success continued for the Panthers as Shannon won No. 3 singles 6-0, 6-0 and Claire Goff won No. 4 singles 6-0, 6-0.

Rounding out the scoring for HC was Sidney Goedeker at No. 5 singles 6-4, 6-1.

Hanover returns to action on Friday, October 18 as they open play in the HCAC Tournament.
