Women's Tennis Continues to Dominate at Home

HANOVER, Ind. – The Hanover women's tennis team continues to have success at home as they defeat Rose-Hulman, 6-3.

In the contest with Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference foe Rose-Hulman, the Panthers won number two doubles (8-3) and three doubles (8-1) before advancing to singles action.

Senior Meghan Farrell (Indianapolis, Ind.) claimed number two singles 6-3, 6-1, while senior Mia Katzenberger (Crawfordsville, Ind.) claimed number four singles, 7-5, 6-1.

The success continued for the Panthers as junior Haley Parker (Leo, Ind.) won number five singles 6-0, 6-0 and sophomore Maddie Shannon (Anderson, Ind.) rounded out singles action winning six singles 6-1, 6-0.

Hanover returns to action on Monday, October 7 as they play host to Transylvania. First serve is set for 4:30 PM.
