Women's Lacrosse lands two on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll

HANOVER, Ind.
– The IWLCA announced the 2021 Division III Academic Honor Roll with two Hanover Panthers receiving the honor. Women's lacrosse student-athletes, juniors Anne Breeding (Miamisburg, Ohio) and junior Milah Young (Granger, Ind.) claimed the academic accolade.
 
Breeding and Young join 922 student-athletes from 190 different Division III instructions recognized. To be eligible the student-athlete must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
 
Breeding appeared in and started all nine games for the Panthers in 2021 with 12 goals and three assists. The kinesiology and integrative physiology major tallied 15 total points with 35 shots, 23 of which landed on frame.
 
Young finished the season ranked second among the Blue and Red in goals scored with 21. She dished out a team-best 13 assists while firing off 65 shots, 46 of which landed on frame. The biology and chemistry major also led the team with three game winning goals.
