HANOVER, Ind. – The Hanover women's lacrosse team will open the 2022 season on Sunday, February 13 under the guidance of sixth year head coach Brandon Allwood.
 
The 2022 campaign will feature nine home contests, including a three-game slate to open the year. The season-opener will feature Birmingham-Southern College followed by Marian University on Wednesday, February 16.
 
The Panthers then welcome Bethel College on Saturday, February 19 before heading north for Albion College on Saturday, February 26.
 
Hanover returns to Alumni Stadium on Wednesday, March 2 taking on Asbury College, their first meeting since the 2019 campaign. Other non-conference action will feature a trip to Marietta College on Saturday, March 5, a home contest with Lourdes University on Monday, March 7 and a neutral site meeting with the University of Dallas on Wednesday, March 16.
 
Sunday, March 27 will be a home contest with Heidelberg before opening Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference action at Anderson on Saturday, April 9. The last meeting between Anderson and Hanover saw the Blue and Red reign victorious, 13-6.
 
The Panthers are set to wrap-up the home portion of their schedule with a three-game slate featuring Earlham on Wednesday, April 13, area-rival Franklin on Saturday, April 16 and Mt., St. Joseph on Saturday, April 23. The Panthers play their best ball at home with their last loss coming in overtime on Wednesday, February 24.
 
The regular season will conclude with a trip to Transylvania on Wednesday, April 27 followed by a non-conference contest at Spalding on Saturday, April 30.
 
The HCAC tournament is slated to begin on Wednesday, May 4.
