HANOVER, Ind. – The Hanover women's lacrosse team is set to compete as part of the Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference Tournament after claiming the no. 2 seed.
 
The Panthers welcome no. 3 seed Franklin to Alumni Stadium on Wednesday, May 4 for a 4:00 PM contest.
 
Transylvania claimed the top spot after posting a perfect mark in conference play and will host no. 4 seed Earlham.
 
The last meeting between the Panthers and Grizzlies saw the Blue and Red win in dramatic fashion following an overtime goal that lifted them to the 10-9 victory.
 
The Panthers are seeking their second consecutive HCLC Tournament Championship berth after defeating Earlham in 2019, 16-4. (2020 Tournament was canceled due to Covid-19) They would see their season come to an end in the Championship at Transylvania.
