ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Sophomore Jessie Stenger (Brookville, Ind.) returned to the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships for the second consecutive season this afternoon competing in the shot put.
 
The sophomore turned in a 16 place mark in the 22 athlete field.
 
Stenger recorded her best toss of the afternoon on her first attempt with a 13.51 meter throw.
 
The sophomore made her second straight appearance after earning All-American honors in the discus last season.
