Box Score LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Panthers (4-9 overall, 1-3 HCLC) hit the road for Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference action at Transylvania on Tuesday evening. Despite a strong defensive effort, the Blue and Red fell 22-6.

Sophomore
Abby Mensing (Parker, Co.) and the Panthers struck first finding the back of the net with 13:12 to play in the first frame, 1-0. However, the Pioneers responded charting three straight strikes.
Hanover got one final goal in the opening quarter as senior
Masi McNally-Henriksen (Zionsville, Ind.) found the back of the net.
The second period belonged to the Transylvania offense as they scored seven goals claiming the 11-4 halftime lead.
Junior
Katie Comer (Indianapolis, Ind.) halted the surge in the third quarter as she found the back of the net at the 13:44 mark.
But the rest was all Pio's as they claimed the 22-6 victory on a game-high 48 shots.

Emma Williams (Crestwood, Ky.) dominated in frame, recording a game-high 19 saves.
Masi led Hanover with a team-high three shots.
Hanover returns to action on Saturday, April 27 when they welcome Franklin. Game time is set for 1:00 PM.
