GREENCASTLE, Ind. – The Panthers hit the road to compete as part of the Indiana DIII Championships.
ON THE TRACK
Callie Swegman recorded a fifth place finish in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:59.22.
In the 100-meter hurdles,
Natalie Day captured fifth with a personal best time of 16.85 seconds. She also took third in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:05.67.
IN THE FIELD
Jessie Stenger finished second in the discus throw with a toss of 40.85 meters. She also turned in a sixth place finish in the hammer throw. The senior continued her successful day finishing fourth in the javelin throw with a distance of 31.23 meters.
Kennadi Lakins finished eighth in the long jump with a distance of 4.53 meters. She also turned in a seventh place finish in the shot put with a toss of 9.94 meters. She rounded out the meet with a fifth place mark in the javelin throw.
Cheyanna Leslie finished sixth in the shot put with a personal best distance of 10.32 meters.
