Hanover Posts Strong Showing at Bellarmine

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Hanover competed as part of the Jim Vargo Invite hosted by Bellarmine University over the weekend.
 
ON THE TRACK
Senior Callie Swegman captured 12th overall in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:55.29. The time moves her into third all-time in school history and is the top time among HCAC opponents. The time ranks her 57th among Division III.
 
IN THE FIELD
Senior Jessie Stenger led the Panthers in the hammer throw, finishing 10th overall with a toss of 35.62 meters.
 
Sophomore Ashley Houser captured 11th in the hammer throw with a distance of 31.64 meters.
 
Hanover returns to action on Saturday, April 12 when they compete at DePauw.
