GREENCASTLE, Ind. – Hanover claims several top three finishes as they compete as part of the DePauw Invite.
IN THE FIELD
Junior
Tommy Wilmoth took the top spot in the shot put with an event winning toss of 16.52 meters. The winning throw came on his final attempt. He also took ninth in the weight throw with a distance of 14.66 meters.
Senior
Anthony Lloyd dominated the high jump as he took first place with a height of 1.88 meters.
In the pole vault, junior
Sean Woods captured second place overall with vault of 4.55 meters.
ON THE TRACK
Junior
Jayden Enderle secured the top spot in the 600-meter run, winning the event with a time of 1:27.23.
Sophomore
Brandon Bensouda found success in the 60-meter dash finishing third in a time of 6.98 seconds.
The 4x200-meter relay team of Bensouda, Enderle, junior
Blaine Ison, and senior
Layden Adair finished third with a time of 1:32.40.
Sophomore
Colin Kistler had a podium finish in the 3,000-meter run, taking third in a time of 9:07.64.
Senior
Conner Watson captured seventh in the one mile, crossing the finish line in a time of 4:26.66, a personal best time.
