CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Panthers had a great showing on Saturday afternoon, competing at Mount St. Joseph.
The Panthers finished second overall in the eight team field.
ON THE TRACK
Sophomore
Brandon Bensouda moved into second among the HCAC all-time in the 60-meter dash as he took the top spot on Saturday in the event with a qualifying time of 6.88 seconds and a final time of 6.93 meters.
His teammate, freshman Brandon Ellison followed him across the finish line in third with a time of 7.05 seconds.
Senior
Conner Watson took the top spot in the one mile, crossing the finish line in a time of 4:32.03. Colin Kstler finished the event in fourth place with a time of 4:37.59.
In the 800-meter run, junior
Charlie Stuelpe captured first with a time of 2:03.90.
IN THE FIELD
Junior
Sean Woods dominated the pole vault, finishing second with a vault of 4.80 meters. The vault moves him into sixth among the HCAC all-time.
Junior
Tommy Wilmoth claimed the top spot in the shot put with an event winning toss of 16.33 meters. He also finished second in the weight throw with a distance of 14.28 meters.
Senior
Anthony Lloyd had success in the high jump, finishing fourth with a height of 1.90 meters.
