CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Hanover Panthers competed as part of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships on Saturday, finishing eighth overall.
 
IN THE FIELD
Junior Cheyeann Leslie captured fourth in the shot put with a toss of 11.61 meters. She captured ninth in the weight throw with a distance of 12.69 meters.
 
Senior Kennadi Lakins took eighth in the high jump with a leap of 1.47 meters.
 
ON THE TRACK
Senior Callie Swegman posted a podium finish in the 5,000-meter run, taking third in a time of 18:16.50. Junior Lanie Roberts took sixth in the event with a time of 19:10.55.
 
Swegman found success in the 3,000-meter run, crossing the finish line eighth with a time of 11:00.35.
 
The 4,000-meter distance medley relay team of freshman Jennifer Guevara, freshman Lilyanna Smith, freshman Kristyn Greenwell, and senior Elyse Wilson claimed fifth in a time of 13:58.94.
 
Sophomore Anna Stanfield claimed sixth in the 60-meter hurdles in a time of 10.68 seconds.
