CARMEL, Ind. – Junior Tommy Wilmoth was named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Thrower of the Week for the fourth time this season.
 
Wilmoth led the Panthers at the Pioneer Invite taking the top spot in the shot put with a school record toss of 17.03 meters. He also won the discus with a distance of 44.25 meters.

Wilmoth broke the previous shot record of 16.61 meters set in 1965.
 
His mark in the shot put landed him the top spot among NCAA Division III competitors heading into the week of March 23.
