GREENCASTLE, Ind. – The Hanover Panthers took seventh overall in the eight team field at the Indiana DIII Championships.
ON THE TRACK
The 4x100-meter relay team of freshman
Kingston Dugan, senior
Anthony Lloyd, junior
Blaine Ison, and sophomore
Brandon Bensouda captured first with a time of 41.85 seconds.
Ison demonstrated success in the 100-meter dash taking fourth with a time of 10.85 seconds, ranking him third.
In the 200-meter dash, junior
Jayden Enderle claimed fifth in a time of 22.37 seconds while Ison finished sixth with a time of 22.38 seconds. Enderle also secured fourth in the 400-meter dash, crossing the finish line with a time of 50.54 seconds.
Senior
Conner Watson finished fifth in the 1,500-meter run in a time of 4:04.04, ranking seventh all-time.
IN THE FIELD
Junior
Tommy Wilmoth won the shot put with a toss of 16.77 meters. He added a fifth place mark in the discus throw.
Junior
Alex Howard finished second in the pole vault with a vault of 3.70 meters.
Junior
Sean Woods landed fourth in the high jump, clearing a height of 1.83 meters.
In the long jump, Brandon Ellison captured fifth with a distance of 6.61 meters.
