CARMEL, Ind. – Junior Casey Dunn (Fort Thomas, Ky.) was named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference defensive athlete of the week announced Tuesday afternoon by the league office.
 
The junior helped lead the Panther defense as they competed as part of a very competitive Great Lakes Cross Over event featuring regionally ranked opponents. The junior tallied a week total 82 digs, averaging 4.82 digs per set. In the team's victory over Bethany, she tallied a game-high 26 digs and dished out five assists.
 
Hanover returns to action on Wednesday, Sept. 7 when they travel to Centre. Game time is set for 7:00 PM.
