CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference announced the 2026 All-Conference honors with two Panthers being honored.
 
Senior John Girard and senior Josh Simpson secured honors. Girard was named First Team while Simpson secured Honorable Mention accolades.
 
Girard was dominate this season becoming the Hanover all-time strikeout leader with 247 and counting. The left-handed pitcher is tied for the top spot in strikeouts looking with 27 and sits second in total strikeouts with 79. He ranks among the top 10 in fewest walks issued at 18.
 
Simpson has been a force at the plate ranking fifth in home runs with eight while sitting seventh with four sacrifice flies. He currently ranks ninth in total RBI with 37.
 
He is leading the team with 143 at-bats with 49 hits and 31 runs scored. Simpson has posted a .573 slugging percentage.
